At Quantech Trends, we strive to deliver exceptional technology services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

Service-Based Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our technology services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services not delivered as specified in the agreement
  • Project cancellation within 48 hours of initial payment
  • Failure to commence work within agreed timeframes due to our fault
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Work already completed and delivered
  • Third-party costs (hosting, licenses, domains)
  • Custom development work in progress for more than 7 days
  • Consultation and strategy sessions

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of service delivery. Include your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work delivered and accepted.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
